Media Remote is a free Android app that lets you control your home theater system from the comfort of your couch. It works with all your favorite music apps like Pandora, Spotify, and Google Play.
You can skip over tracks and adjust the volume for Google Play and Google Play Music. If you're using Spotify, you can pause it and resume it when you're ready.
If you want to skip over tracks on Google Play, you can do that from your Android device as well. You don't need to do anything special. Just install the app and you're good to go.
If you're using a home theater system, you can connect an Android device to it and control it from your couch. That means you can skip over tracks even if you're using a different music app.
